100% Pinot Noir

Tasting notes

Northern Italy up in the region of Alto Adige there is a sweet spot that gets a beautiful southwestern exposure, and it is there where the pinot noir for this wine grows. With aromas reminiscent of wild blackberries and raspberries, this wine with its garnet-red color provides an elegant and fruit forward wine. Fermented in stainless steel and aged in wood, this wine will be perfect with the casual skirt steak, flank steak or burger on the grill.

L'Hallali - Grande Reserve

Produced by Gigondas la Cave in the Gigondas Appellation of the Rhone Valley in France. The harvest, entirely manual on our exceptional terroirs, is rigorously selected according to the origin of the plots, the grape variety, the health status and many other criteria established by our wine cellar. Once harvested, the grapes arrive in the hands of Etienne, our cellar master, whose mission is to transcribe the plurality of men and terroirs into our wines.

Working with organic, living raw materials is a rare privilege that carries with it an immense responsibility. Each harvest represents not only the fruit of a year of hard work by our winemakers, but also the unique expression of our diverse and rich terroirs. Blending, the highlight of the harvest, is a delicate exercise requiring great technical mastery. At this precise moment, the alchemy of grape varieties and terroirs must unfold to create unique wines that faithfully reflect their origins, while keeping in mind that nature remains the true master of this process. Each vintage brings its own set of specific challenges, requiring flexibility and ingenuity. This relentless quest for balance between tradition and innovation, combined with humility in the face of nature, is essential.

Tasting notes

A luscious and jammy red that is medium-full-bodied with ripe berry, dark cherry, currant, blackberry, fig, a hint of olive and oak notes. Pair with rich flavors like meaty dishes, try with BBQ-marinated pork ribs, beef and vegetable skewers or T-Bone steaks.
