Hi Friends! We are husband-and-wife team, Heriberto and Vanessa, the new owners of Avalon General. In 2025 we threw caution to the wind and decided to pursue our dream of operating a wine and gift shop in sunny Florida!

We offer a neighborly place to find carefully curated goods that will hopefully inspire you to create a home that tells your story.

We promise an unforgettable shopping experience through product variety, laughter, sense of community and wine – lots of wine!

If Wine has a special place in your heart, Avalon General is the place for you! We house a wide variety of wines from all around the world which you can enjoy from our by-the-glass menu or the vast selection of premium bottles from our wine wall, and let us not forget to tell you about a very popular sip everybody loves--our wine slushies!

Check out the Wine Club Subscription tab of our website at the top of this page to become a member of our Wine Club, a membership that gives you 2 fabulous Sommelier-selected wines every month-- your choice of white, red, or one of each! (VIP wine club is red only)
We celebrate our wine club members and the love of wine every 2nd Tuesday of the month, in store at our Wine Club pick up party where our members get to mix and mingle with fellow members & sip on wine! Wine Club members can enjoy access to tastings, Wine discounts on bottles & cases, & event discounts!

Most days you’ll find our superstars Kevin & Lonnie, or you might catch us in the shop! Stop in, we’d love to meet you!
