“Drink Around the World”
Gable Cabernet Sauvignon
California; North Coast
Crafted from the excess fruit of two iconic California estate vineyards - whose names we can't legally reveal - this North Coast Cabernet delivers deep black currant, graphite, and mocha in a bold, velvet-lined wine originally designed for a private label that never saw the light of day.
1891 Irache Crianza

Spain; Navarra DO
Tempranillo, Merlot blend
Bodegas Irache is one of the oldest wineries in Navarre. It was founded in 1891, although Benedictine monks who lived in the annexed monastery were already producing wines on the same land in the 10th century. These highly acclaimed wines served as food and medicine for pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago.
24-month aging process with 9 months in barrels alternating between French and American oak.
Deep garnet color with slight ruby edges. Intense aromas of red fruits, notes of pepper and hints of wood. On the palate, this wine is smooth, with great structure and a long finish.
Pairs perfectly with cured cheeses, rich meals and grilled red meats.
The Little Sheep Viognier

France; Rhone Valley
100% Viognier
Brilliant yellowish straw color introduces the vibrant aroma of ripe peach, apricot and even a hint of violet. The flavor is punctuated with exotic fruit while offering a very pleasant light viscosity and balance.
Excellent as an aperitif or with fish, crayfish gratin or even creamy chicken. Best served at 53 degrees Fahrenheit.
The vineyard covers the Southern Ardeche, from the right bank of the Rhone River to the Cevennes Mountains. Viognier grapes are found on limestone or siliceous soils, preferably on our well exposed hillslopes or on selected terraces. This is where Viognier can reach its best maturity.
I Basalti Soave

Italy; Soave DOC
100% Garganega
Cantina di Gambellara was founded in 1947 by a group of 26 associated vine growers, becoming the first cooperative winery in the Vicenza province. Today the cooperative has 365 members and 650 hectares of vineyards.
Cantina di Gambellara is in the middle of four historic DOC production areas: Gambellara, Colli Berici, Lessini Durello and Soave. The vineyards are mainly located on the hillsides of Gambellara, famous for their volcanic soil; tophus and basaltic rocks that emerge on the surface in columns with polyhedric shapes. The soil is rich in mineral salts, potassium and magnesium, giving the grapes great richness and aromatics.
The color is a brilliant straw yellow with fresh fruit notes, especially apple and pear, and floral notes of elder and bloom.
The taste is fresh and fruity with a hint of spice and minerals.
Ideal as an aperitif, with a light pasta dish, shellfish and vegetables.
