Ezimit - Pinot Grigio

Ezimit Vino is a winery that integrates the tradition of grapes and wine production that has been present in Macedonia for centuries.

Macedonia is a country positioned in the south of Europe, many people know it as the land of the sun, eternal sun, even as a place where the sun shines in a different way. This is the place where the Mediterranean and continental climates meet, interwoven with the winds characteristic of this micro region that make these special wines. This is the place where wine began its story many centuries ago. There are few places on the globe where special wines with a specific taste can be made, which can conquer the world. Macedonia is one of them.

Finca La Estacada - Chardonnay-Sauvignon Blanc

Tarancón, Cuenca, Spain   DO: Ucles

Finca La Estacada emerged in 2001 as a result of the Cantarero Rodríguez family’s passion for the world of wine making. Since then, its aim has been to get the best out of its vineyards, using its fruit to produce wines that stand out.

Located just 40 minutes southeast of Madrid, the estate is a tourist destination featuring a hotel, spa, restaurant, entertainment, and of course wine tasting experiences.

This unique white blend featuring chardonnay and sauvignon blanc is a crisp, refreshing and balanced white wine.

Los Noques – Cabernet Franc

Our family started in the wine business at the beginning of the 60s, in a small vineyard located at Gualtallary, Valle de Uco, Mendoza. Don Juan Arrigoni, planted the first vines with the conviction that one day, his wines would travel around the world.

The vineyards are located in the Valle de Uco, Mendoza, at an altitude of 1.100 meters above sea level. The soil is calcareous, sandy on the surface and stony in depth. This type of soil, typical of the Gualtallary area where our vineyards are located, soils of natural low yields and high concentration. The continental climate and the height allows a high temperature range between day and night, which means that the skin of the grapes is widened to protect them, the skin being the main key of the flavors that can be distinguished in our wines. In line with our commitment to the environment, the entire plantation has a drip irrigation system.

100% Cabernet Franc rested in 80% French oak and 20% American oak for 12 months.

The brilliant ruby red color, this wine presents typical aromas of the variety and terroir, such as red peppers, spices and figs. The entrance in the palate is pleasant, with a good structure where notes of caramel and fig jam predominate.

Woop Woop –

Cabernet Sauvignon

Woop Woop, a much-uttered knockabout colloquialism, refers to somewhere in the middle of nowhere. Woop Woop is quintessentially Australian for “out there” or “boondocks”.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon

Later ripening Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were harvested well after sunset when the evening temperature had dropped. Destemmed and crushed to fermenters for 48 hours, cold soak prior to fermentation allowed gentle extraction of grape tannins. After 9 days of skin contact the fermenting must was gently pressed capturing the ripe fruit flavors with balanced tannin extraction.

A fruit forward style with rich ripe red berry fruit and dark plum flavors. The palate is enhanced with subtle characters of French oak that lifts the perfumed aromas and provides complexity to the lingering dark berry fruit flavors.
